1. Definitions

• "Concordo" / "we" / "us" / "our": Concordo, a family transition education provider registered in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
• "Resources": the educational workshops, toolkits, and preparation series offered by Concordo.
• "User" / "you": any person who accesses our website or enquires about or enrolls in our resources.
• "Content": all written materials, worksheets, session materials, and information provided by Concordo as part of its resources.
• "Agreement": these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in any Concordo resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our resources are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Description of Resources

Concordo provides purely educational resources for adults navigating family transitions. Our three current resources are:

• Respectful Dialogue Workshop (฿3,600): A one-day group workshop on communication skills. Delivered in person in Chiang Mai.
• Fair Planning Toolkit (฿11,600): A self-guided digital resource of worksheets and checklists for household organisation.
• Full Preparation Series (฿30,100): A multi-session programme combining the workshop, toolkit, and plain-language process overviews. Delivered in person and digitally.

All resources are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice.

Resources are primarily delivered in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The toolkit is available digitally to participants regardless of location.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Concordo's resources, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide advance notice if you are unable to attend.
• Engage with workshop exercises and facilitation in good faith and with respect for other participants.
• Use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Concordo Content without written permission.

You must not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the reputation of Concordo or other participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content produced by Concordo — including written materials, worksheets, templates, and session materials — is the intellectual property of Concordo and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your personal family-planning purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction for distribution, resale, or use in any professional or commercial context.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of enrollment confirmation. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before a scheduled session: full refund.
• Cancellation 3–7 days before a scheduled session: 50% refund.
• Cancellation fewer than 3 days before a scheduled session: no refund, but a rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion.
• Digital toolkit: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the toolkit has not been downloaded or accessed.

Concordo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or an alternative date provided.

7. Educational Scope and Disclaimer

Concordo's resources are educational and informational only. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Concordo does not represent, advise, or act on behalf of any participant in any professional capacity.

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance — including legal, financial, or psychological support — for matters that fall outside the educational scope of our resources.

The Content is provided in good faith and with reasonable care. However, Concordo makes no representations as to its completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular situation. Information about processes or procedures is general in nature and may not reflect your specific circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Concordo's liability for any claim arising from your use of our resources is limited to the amount you paid for the specific resource to which the claim relates.

Concordo is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; decisions made in reliance on our educational Content; actions or omissions of third parties including professional advisors you consult following our resources; or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concordo and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our resources or Content.

10. Termination

Concordo may terminate or suspend access to our resources if you breach these Terms, behave in a manner that disrupts other participants, or engage in conduct incompatible with our facilitation approach.

You may cancel your enrollment in accordance with our cancellation policy. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the date of termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through informal resolution — please contact us at [email protected] and we will aim to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Concordo in respect of our resources.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our resources after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance.
